Monthly P&L Excel Dashboard

I need an Excel workbook that produces a clear, monthly Profit and Loss statement and an accompanying dashboard. The core of the model should calculate Revenue and Expenses side by side with Cost of Goods Sold, then derive Net Profit Margin automatically.

The dashboard should visualise these figures in an easy-to-read layout—think dynamic charts, simple slicers to switch months, and colour-coded indicators that highlight trends or variances immediately. Everything must update seamlessly when I drop new raw data into a single source sheet or connect to an external data range.

Please build the calculations with transparent formulas or, if you prefer, PivotTables and Power Query steps I can audit later. Feel free to add conditional formatting or lightweight VBA only where it genuinely improves usability; otherwise keep it pure Excel so future edits stay straightforward.
