Monthly Payroll & Reporting

I need an experienced accounts executive to take full ownership of our monthly payroll run in QuickBooks and then turn those numbers into clear, reliable financial reports.

Here’s what the job looks like with us:

• Process the entire monthly payroll in QuickBooks—enter hours or salaries, calculate gross-to-net, apply statutory deductions, and post the payroll journals.
• Generate individual PDF payslips and a concise liability summary so taxes and benefit payments can be settled on time.
• After payroll is closed, prepare the month-end P&L, balance sheet, and a short payroll-expense breakdown that ties back perfectly to the ledger.

Acceptance criteria:
– No calculation or rounding errors in the payroll register.
– Payslips and liability summary delivered no later than two business days after cut-off.
– Financial reports reconcile to QuickBooks without unmatched balances.
