Monthly Financial Statement Preparation

Each month I need a complete set of statements—Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement—generated directly inside QuickBooks and then shared with me from there. The data will already be in the system; your task is to review the books for accuracy, post any routine month-end adjustments (depreciation, accruals, bank-feed clean-up), and make sure every account is fully reconciled before the reports are finalized.

Deliverables
• Reconciled QuickBooks file with all bank, credit-card, and loan accounts balanced
• Monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement, saved and shared from QuickBooks (export to PDF/Excel only if I request it later)
• Brief monthly commentary flagging any unusual variances you notice

Acceptance Criteria
The books must tie out to the last bank statement, no unreconciled transactions may remain, and each report must run without errors on the first business day after month-end.
