Monthly Employee Pay Slip Design

I already have our company logo and full employer details; what I need now is a set of professionally laid-out cash slips for one employee covering several months. Each slip must show the company name and branding at the top, followed by the month’s basic pay, the applicable allowances, and the deductions, arranged in a clear, easy-to-read format.

I will forward the payroll figures month by month along with the logo and company information. Once you have the data, please design a clean template, apply it consistently, and export one PDF for each month so that every file stands alone and can be printed or emailed without additional editing.

Deliverables
• A separate, ready-to-print PDF cash slip for each specified month, using the same branded template.
