Monthly Budget PDF Dashboard

I need a clear, single-page PDF dashboard automatically produced from an Excel workbook that tracks my finances month by month. The sheet already contains budgeted figures and actual spending for each category; your job is to pull that data together and present a concise “snapshot” with charts and headline numbers.

What the dashboard must show
• A summary section with total budget, actual spending, remaining balance, budget variance, spending percentage, and the biggest expense category for the selected month.
• Compact visuals (bar or column for variance, pie or donut for category share, plus a gauge or progress bar for spending percentage) so I can spot trends instantly.

Workflow I expect
1. I update a monthly data tab.
2. With one click, the file refreshes and saves a print-ready PDF named “Budget Dashboard – MMM YYYY”.
3. All formulas, PivotTables, or Power Query steps remain unlocked for easy editing.

Acceptance criteria
• Numbers in the PDF match the source sheet to the cent.
• Layout holds on both A4 and US Letter without manual tweaking.
• No external add-ins—just native Excel tools.
