Monthly Bookkeeping & Reporting Management

I’m looking for an experienced financial accountant who can take full charge of my books in Zoho on a recurring, month-end cycle. Each month you will:

• Keep every accounts-payable and accounts-receivable entry current and properly categorized.
• Reconcile all bank and credit-card statements inside Zoho so balances tie out to the last cent.
• Generate up-to-date financial reports—P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow and any management summaries I need for decision-making.

Everything lives in Zoho already, so you should be fully comfortable with its workflow, automation rules and reporting modules. If you spot process improvements or cleanup items, I’m happy to hear them and will give you access to the data you need.

Accuracy and timeliness are critical: I close the books within the first five business days of every month, and the reports should follow immediately afterward. I’ll judge delivery on error-free reconciliations, consistent coding and reports that match the reconciled balances.
