Monthly Bookkeeping Cleanup & Reports

I need my accounts for the current month brought fully up to date. Every income and expense transaction must be entered accurately, all bank and credit-card statements reconciled, and a clean set of financial reports generated that I can forward straight to my tax preparer.

The platform is flexible—QuickBooks, Xero, or even a well-organised Google Sheet all work for me—so feel free to use whichever tool lets you work fastest and most accurately. I will provide the raw statements and any additional documentation you need as soon as we agree to proceed.

Please return:
• All transactions for the month recorded and categorized
• Reconciled bank and credit-card accounts with supporting reports
• Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and tax-ready general ledger in PDF and editable format

Label every entry clearly and flag anything that needs clarification. A quick call or chat can be arranged if questions arise. I’d like the finished files within a few days of receiving the statements, and if this first run goes smoothly there’s potential for a standing monthly engagement.
