Moho Pro 360° Mouth Upgrade

I already have a fully functional Moho Pro 360° character rig; the only area that needs attention is the mouth. I’m aiming for noticeable gains in BOTH mouth-shape design and overall lip-sync accuracy, with a special emphasis on tightly matching the dialogue track to the correct phonemes/visemes.

What stays the same
• The current fast workflow: recorded dialogue automatically drives a mouth-bone dial.
• All Smart Bone Actions, head-turn mechanics, and existing layer structure.
• The rig’s reliability during full 360° rotations.

What needs to improve
• Cleaner, more expressive mouth shapes that read well from every angle.
• A smarter system—whether refined Switch Layers, enhanced Smart Bones, a fresh phoneme set, or a hybrid solution—that keeps the one-click audio-to-mouth workflow intact while delivering superior sync.

Deliverables
1. Updated .moho file with the upgraded mouth system fully integrated.
2. A brief walkthrough (video or PDF) showing how you implemented the changes and any new controls.
3. Short test render proving accurate lip-sync through a 360° head turn.
