Brochure Designer + Copywriter for Prefab Construction Company (Multi-page A4)
Project Description
Texo Prefab World is a Hyderabad-based company building modular and prefab MS (mild steel)-framed structures for homes, farmhouses, and commercial and infrastructure clients. We need a designer to create a premium, modern company brochure that works in print and on screen.
Scope of work
Design a multi-page A4 brochure (recommended page count welcome) covering our company story, services, build process, project types, advantages of prefab/MS-frame construction, and contact details
Draft the brochure copy yourself, based on a short brief and our service details. Clear, persuasive, jargon-light writing for non-technical readers is important
Source and use stock imagery, build mockups, and enhance or retouch our existing product photos (AI-assisted enhancement is fine)
Create simple infographics or icons where useful, such as a build-process timeline or a prefab vs. traditional comparison
Deliver in two versions: print-ready PDF and a compressed digital PDF for WhatsApp and email
Audience
Homeowners, farmhouse buyers, and commercial and B2B clients (infrastructure companies, site-office and warehouse buyers). The design and tone should work for both.
Style
Premium and modern, balancing bold and minimal: confident typography, generous white space, strong imagery, and no generic construction clipart. We have a logo and brand colours but are open to new font pairings. Competitor brochures will be shared as reference with shortlisted designers.

Fully editable source files (InDesign / Illustrator / Figma / Canva Pro, and so on)

Requirements
