I'm looking for a skilled mechanical CAD designer to create a fully functional prototype of our "Flip-to-Fresh" modular razor. The design should be done in Fusion 360.

Key components to be designed:
- Handle
- Blade cartridge
- Storage case

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Fusion 360
- Experience in designing detailed mechanical components
- Ability to produce fully functional prototype models

1. Project Overview
I am developing a premium, mechanical safety razor targeted at men with heavy, multi-day beard growth. The design focuses on "honest" engineering: a heavy, solid-metal handle and a novel "flip-to-fresh" dual-sided pivoting head that eliminates clogging and plastic waste.
I require an experienced mechanical CAD designer to produce manufacturing-ready files (SolidWorks or Fusion 360) for a prototype build.
2. Technical Schematic & Structural Blueprint
The design must be fully symmetrical so that the head functions identically when flipped 180 degrees.

3. Critical Manufacturing Dimensions
Handle:
Length: 95.0 mm – 100.0 mm.
Diameter: 12.0 mm – 14.0 mm (solid metal heft).
Interface: M4/M5 coarse thread with a tapered 8.0 mm diameter shoulder seal (to lock the pivot base with zero wobble).
Grip: 25.0 mm section of diamond knurling.
Head:
Width (Span): 45.0 mm.
Depth: 25.0 mm.
Corner Taper: 45-degree inward angle on all four corners for under-nose access.
Shaving Geometry (The "Must-Haves"):
Blade Angle: Fixed 30° to 35° attack angle for the Swedish surgical steel blade.
Blade Gap: 0.7 mm (to allow heavy hair flow and prevent clogging).
Exposure: Neutral to +0.05 mm (ensures clean contact).
Pivot: Controlled-resistance pivot (25° range) integrated into the center axis.
4. Deliverables Required
1. Phase 1: Initial 3D model assembly for review.
2. Phase 2: Final native CAD files (SolidWorks or Fusion 360) and STEP files.
3. Phase 3: 2D technical drawings for a UK machinist and an injection molding house, detailing critical tolerances for the thread/taper interface.
