Modular Learning App Development

I’m building a mobile learning platform focused on education. The idea is simple: users open the app, browse a catalogue of courses, and work through bite-sized modules that combine video lessons with supporting text. When they finish the content, they tackle a quiz or other assessment; a passing score unlocks the next module and ultimately triggers an automatically generated certificate.

What I need developed:

• A cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) with smooth video streaming and document display.
• A clean course->module hierarchy so content stays organised and easy to navigate.
• A quiz and assessment engine that supports multiple-choice questions, pass marks, retakes, and progress tracking.
• Instant certificate creation (PDF or image) once all modules in a course are successfully completed.
• An admin interface—web-based or built into the app—where I can upload or replace videos, add text materials, build quizzes, reorder modules, and monitor learner progress.
• Secure sign-in (email, social, or similar), cloud storage for media, and reliable data sync—Firebase or AWS are fine, but I’m open to other proven stacks.
• Source code, build instructions, and test data delivered at hand-over.

Acceptance criteria
The app installs without errors on current iOS and Android versions, streams or downloads videos without buffering, calculates quiz scores accurately, locks and unlocks modules correctly, and produces a branded certificate only when every requirement in a course is met.

I’m available for quick feedback throughout each milestone—prototype, beta, and final release—so we can keep momentum and ship a polished learning experience.
