Modular Commercial Building 3D Model

I need a printable 3D model of a commercial-style building. Only the exterior matters and the detailing can stay fairly simple—clean walls, windows, doors and a recognizable roofline are enough. The key requirement is that the file be delivered in OBJ format and already broken up into sensible, interlocking sections so I can print each part on a standard desktop FDM machine without oversize supports.

Please keep the mesh watertight, orient each piece for straightforward slicing, and make sure adjoining faces line up perfectly when the parts are reassembled. If you can include a quick assembly reference image or screenshot, even better.
