Modernize Somali Educational Series

I have an existing Somali-language educational series covering Grades 1–8. The material is already written, but the books are outdated in their design and structure.

I am looking for an experienced curriculum developer/textbook designer to help transform the existing material into a modern, cohesive 2-year Somali language program consisting of four levels/semesters.

The project involves:

Reviewing the existing Grade 1–8 textbooks
Mapping and reorganizing the existing content
Combining overlapping/redundant material
Creating a logical progression from beginner → advanced
Developing lesson objectives and learning outcomes
Creating a consistent lesson structure
Modernizing the textbook visual design
Creating engaging exercises and activities
Designing illustrations/icons/page elements where appropriate
Producing professional InDesign/print-ready files

The existing Somali text should generally be preserved rather than rewritten. I will provide/review the Somali-language content and approve any substantive linguistic changes.

Please provide examples of educational textbooks, children's workbooks, curriculum materials, or multi-level language-learning programs you have designed. Applications without relevant portfolio examples will not be considered.
