Modernize Healthcare Application UX/UI Design

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer with a background in healthcare, clinical, or enterprise software to help modernise an existing clinical application.

We already have an AI-generated concept for a new application landing page that we like. This will need to be refined and translated into clear UX/UI wireframes that are practical and ready for development.

Based on this initial direction, the first phase will involve modernising three key areas of the application, including:

- The application landing/home page
- A resident home page
- A dynamic forms page

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate quickly on the designs. The final deliverables should be polished, easy to present and review with stakeholders, and detailed enough to be handed over to the development team.

The initial engagement will focus on these three areas, with strong potential for additional UX/UI work across the application following successful completion.

Requirements
- Proven UX/UI design experience, ideally within healthcare, clinical, SaaS, or enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of user-centred design and modern interface patterns
- Experience creating wireframes and development-ready design specifications
- Ability to take an existing concept and turn it into a practical, polished UX solution
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and incorporating feedback efficiently
- Strong communication and attention to detail

We are particularly interested in someone who can move quickly, collaborate effectively, and bring a modern, intuitive approach to an established clinical software product.
