Modernize Elementor Page Layout

I have a single page-section built with Elementor that feels dated, and I need it to look fresh, cool, and genuinely modern. The job is focused purely on layout and structure—re-arranging columns, refining spacing, improving the grid, and ensuring the hierarchy guides the eye naturally on both desktop and mobile. Content, colors, and copy can stay as they are; the transformation should come from smart use of Elementor’s containers, flexbox, and responsive controls.

Please work within Elementor (free or Pro is fine) and avoid hard-coding changes into the theme so I can continue tweaking later without touching code. If lightweight custom CSS is unavoidable, document it clearly.

Deliverable:
• An updated Elementor template (or JSON export) for this single location ready for import
• Any custom CSS or scripts, commented and supplied separately
• Quick notes outlining what you changed and where to tweak if needed
