I have a complete slide deck for an upcoming conference, but it still feels rough around the edges. The content is solid, yet the overall look needs to be elevated into a polished, professional-and-corporate presentation that feels current, tech-savvy and ready for 2026.

Here’s what I expect: each slide must clearly draw the audience’s eye to the key messages and highlights without drowning them in unnecessary flourishes. That means tightening layouts, refining the master template, harmonising fonts and colour palettes, upgrading icons and graphics, and ensuring any subtle animations are purposeful rather than distracting. Data visualisations are already in place, so your focus is on visual hierarchy and consistency rather than redesigning charts from scratch.

I work in PowerPoint, so final delivery should be a fully editable PPTX including an updated master slide set. If you prefer building in Google Slides or Keynote first, that’s fine as long as the export back to PowerPoint is seamless and nothing breaks.

Show me examples of similar corporate conference decks you’ve transformed and briefly outline your experience with presentation design. A short note explaining how you approach streamlining the narrative flow and spotlighting the main takeaways will help me choose quickly.

If we align, I’ll pass you the current file, brand guidelines and a concise list of the messages that must stand out. I’m aiming to wrap revisions within the week, so availability for quick turnarounds is essential.
