Modern WordPress Portfolio Build

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a clean, modern and professional website for my engineering consultancy specializing in fire safety for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

The website is aimed primarily at professional clients, project developers, operators and other stakeholders in the BESS industry. It should communicate technical expertise, reliability and experience rather than look like a typical creative portfolio.

The content, page structure, texts, images and most graphical elements are already prepared. I am mainly looking for professional WordPress implementation and refinement of the visual design.

I prefer a clean, high-quality engineering/consulting look rather than a generic corporate template or creative portfolio style. Subtle animations are welcome where they improve the presentation, but the overall appearance should remain professional and technically credible.
I am open to Gutenberg, Elementor, Bricks or another suitable solution, provided the website remains fast and easy to maintain.
