About us
Flexo Line Products is an injection moulder in Cape Town that has been in business for more than 40 years. We make spice grinders, flip-top closures, PET bottles and other general products. Our current site is flexoline.co.za.

Look and feel
The site must look modern and professional, and feel interactive. We want visually engaging motion, for example:

smooth scroll animations as sections come into view;
hover effects on products;
an animated hero section;
subtle parallax on photography.

The motion must stay fast and smooth on mobile and must not slow down page loading.

Must include

A responsive, fast site with these sections: Home, Products, Grinders & Closures, PET, Durables, Factory, Downloads, Order/Enquiry, Contact and Blog (keep the existing posts).
An order/enquiry form:
customers can add several products to one request;
each request is emailed to the right sales team based on the products chosen;
the customer gets an automatic confirmation with a reference number;
staff can view and export submissions;
spam protection.
An AI chatbot:
trained on our site content;
answers in English and Afrikaans;
directs visitors to the right sales contact;
never quotes prices.
SEO: 301 redirects for the old URLs, a sitemap, and GA4 and Search Console set up.
A POPIA-compliant privacy policy and cookie notice.
Full handover: hosting, domain and licences in our name, a short training video and 30 days of bug-fix support.
