I need a complete 3-D CAD model of a modern wall clock that will ultimately be cast in epoxy resin. The file must be ready for direct CNC machining of the mould, so every surface, fillet, and draft angle has to be manufacturable without extra clean-up.
Scope
• Model the entire clock body and any integrated details (hour marks, recesses for movement, hanging slot, etc.).
• Keep the aesthetic clean, contemporary, and in line with current modern décor trends.
• Design for epoxy resin casting: think about release angles, minimal undercuts, and a uniform wall thickness where feasible.
Deliverable
A native CAD file plus STEP (or IGES) export that a CNC operator can load immediately—no further edits required.
Acceptance
The model should open error-free in Fusion 360/SolidWorks, show no self-intersections, and pass a standard draft analysis for a two-part aluminium mould.
If you have clock or mould-making experience, let me know; otherwise, clear examples of similar CNC-ready work will do.
