My villa is structurally complete, yet every space still feels empty. I want it transformed into a seamless modern environment—clean lines, balanced proportions, thoughtfully layered lighting, and a restrained palette that still feels welcoming.
To make that vision tangible I need a full interior design package accompanied by photorealistic 3D visualisations so I can sign off on every detail before fit-out begins.
Deliverables
• Mood boards and material/colour palettes that capture the modern aesthetic
• Furniture and lighting layout plans in CAD or PDF
• High-resolution 3D renders for each designed area
• Native model files (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) with organised textures
Final output should be ready for contractor use and marketing-quality presentation. I will supply floor plans, site photos and preferred brands once the project starts; you guide the rest, from concept to final render.
