Modern Two-Story House Visualization

I have a defined drawing: a two-story, four-bedroom, three-bath residence with a two-car garage, dedicated exercise room, and separate utility spaces. The overall look must be Modern as shown in my drawings.

Here is what I need from you:

• 2D architectural sketches with elevation dimensions accurate.
• A detailed 3D model (SketchUp .skp + editable .dwg) that includes all major interior elements—every room gets attention, not just a select few.
• Photo-realistic exterior and interior renderings that clearly communicate materials, lighting, and spatial flow.

Key expectations
1. Floor-by-floor plans and elevations delivered in both PDF and DWG.
2. The 3D model organised by layers/groups so my builder can isolate structure, MEP runs, and furniture.
