Modern Townhouse Marketing Renders

I need photorealistic marketing CGIs to help me pre-sell a new row of modern townhouses. The buyers will judge the project almost entirely from these images, so realism, atmosphere and a clear sense of scale are critical.

The images need to be:
• High-resolution stills suitable for large-format print and web (minimum 6K wide)
• Layered PSD or EXR files so our graphic team can adjust backgrounds and colour grades
• A brief clay or white-model preview for sign-off before committing to final textures and lighting

I will provide you with:
- PDF architectural drawings.
-Example Renders of other projects to be used as a bench mark.

- Two external Renders and 5 Internal render shots.
