Modern Studio Promo Video Creation

I need a fast-turnaround promo video that captures the energy and personality of my Newport Beach recording studio while clearly promoting our services and brand. The finished piece should feel modern and energetic—quick cuts, dynamic camera moves, and on-beat transitions that sync naturally with a track I will supply.

The focus is our core offering: music recording and mixing. Please plan for shots that showcase the live room, control room, key outboard gear, and a brief staged session that puts the SSL console and vocal booth front-and-center. Shots should also include my hands pushing faders, setting up equipment, and instruments in use. Additionally, I will provide photos of classic recording studios and legacy artists from the 60s and 70s to incorporate into the video.

The audio will feature a voiceover with background music that I will record and supply. The final video should run approximately 2:30 minutes or less and highlight the vintage quality of our brand while appealing to classic artists of any genre.

Deliverables:
• 60- to 90-second 4K master file (ProRes or high-bitrate H.264)
• Social cut-downs: 15s vertical (Reels/TikTok) and 30s horizontal
• Color-graded, sound-designed, and mixed final exports plus all raw footage
• One round of revisions after first draft

Shoot must happen on-site this coming week, with the first edit delivered within five days of filming. Bring your own camera, gimbal, lighting, and audio kit; I’ll make the studio available for a four-hour window and provide a staff member to assist.
