Modern Studio Actor Headshots

This shoot is all about clean, contemporary headshots that work equally well for commercial and theatrical submissions. I’ll come to your studio—or you can recommend one you trust—so we can control lighting and keep everything consistent. The backdrop should stay simple: either solid white or deep black, with no added textures or props, letting the expression and lighting do the storytelling.

Lighting needs to feel fresh and modern—think soft but crisp, with even skin tones and just enough contrast to pop on casting sites. I’ll arrive with two wardrobe looks (one commercial-friendly, one moodier for theatrical), and I’m happy to follow your posing guidance to capture a range of subtle expressions.

Deliverables
• Minimum of 8–10 fully retouched, high-resolution images (color-corrected, blemish cleanup, fly-aways removed).
• Web-optimized copies (JPEG, 2–3 MB max) ready for Actor’s Access, Casting Networks, and Spotlight.
• Turnaround: proofs within 48 hours; final edits within 5 days of my selection.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Images meet standard 8″×10″ crop without losing composition.
2. No visible wrinkles or artifacts on the solid white/black background.
3. Skin tones remain natural—no heavy beauty filtering.
