I run a steel-parts manufacturing unit in Ludhiana, India, supplying components for automotive, agricultural, hydraulic, railway and several other applications. To attract both overseas buyers and domestic OEMs I now need a website that:
• Looks professional and clean while still carrying a subtle industrial vibe
• Feels unmistakably human-written, never AI-generated
• Navigates intuitively on desktop, tablet and mobile
Core content
1. Machinery details – forging lines, shot-blasting units, CNCs and other precision equipment, each with specs, photos and short process videos I will provide.
2. Product catalogue – sortable by application rather than a single industry, with datasheets, downloadable PDFs and an enquiry button that feeds straight to my email.
3. Company mission – our story, quality philosophy, sustainability steps and certifications.
Scope of work
• Information architecture and wireframes for the three main sections plus Home, Contact/Request-for-Quote and a news/updates block.
• Full-stack development on a mainstream CMS (WordPress, Webflow or similar) so my in-house team can update content later.
• Modern, lightweight theme, fast loading, SEO-ready (schema markup, meta tags, alt text).
• Clean, industrial-inspired design cues: steel-grey palette, crisp typography, high-contrast call-to-action buttons.
• Security hardening and basic performance optimisation.
• Hand-off session (video or live) showing how to add new machines or products.
Acceptance criteria
✓ Responsive layout passes Google Mobile-Friendly test.
✓ All three key sections function as outlined, with enquiry forms delivering to my inbox.
✓ PageSpeed Insights score above 85 on both mobile and desktop.
✓ Copy reads naturally and passes an AI-detection test without sounding forced.
Please include a brief outline of your proposed tech stack, previous manufacturing/B2B sites you have built, and an estimated timeline for design, development, revisions and final hand-over.
