Modern Single-Story House Plan

I am ready to move forward with the full design of a modern, single-story residence in the 2,000-3,000 sq ft range and I’m looking for an architect or designer who can translate that vision into a build-ready set of drawings. The emphasis is on a clean contemporary aesthetic—open concept living, generous glazing, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow—while respecting practical considerations such as zoning setbacks, structural efficiency, and energy performance.

What I need from you is a complete house-plan package: a well-resolved floor plan, exterior elevations that communicate the modern style clearly, a roof layout, and basic structural guidance the contractor can follow. PDF sheets are fine for day-to-day review, but I’d also like the editable CAD files (DWG or Revit) at the end so future consultants can plug straight in. If you have time to add a quick SketchUp or comparable 3D model for visualization, that would be a bonus.

We’ll start with a concept round to nail down room sizes and circulation, move to a detailed design pass, then finish with construction documentation. Two revision cycles at each stage should be plenty, though I’m flexible if small tweaks emerge as we refine things.
