Modern S+3 Plan & Estimate

I have a 161 sq yd plot in Faridabad where I am planning a stilt + 3-storey residence and I need a complete architectural package. The brief is straightforward: deliver a modern-style layout for every level, design a front elevation that incorporates a balcony feature, and prepare a realistic cost estimate for turning the drawings into a finished building here in Faridabad.

Key points you’ll need to cover
• Floor-by-floor plans showing room dimensions, circulation and service cores that work for an S+3 configuration.
• A visually appealing, modern front elevation with the requested balcony element; 3D renders or coloured elevations that clearly communicate massing, materials and lighting will be appreciated.
• A consolidated construction cost estimate (materials, labour, contingencies) based on current local rates so I can understand the full project spend before moving ahead.

Please keep local building bylaws in mind while you lay out setbacks, parking on the stilt level and FAR utilisation. If you use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar, include the native files along with PDFs so I have flexibility for future revisions.
