Modern Restaurant CAD & Floorplan -- 2

I’m ready to move my new restaurant from concept to construction and I need complete architectural support. I want that look carried through every drawing you prepare. Your task starts with a fully-dimensioned floor plan that clearly resolves three key priorities: an efficient kitchen layout, optimal lighting design, and a flexible seating scheme that blends individual tables, cozy booths, and at least one communal table run.

Once the floor plan is locked, I’ll need the full set of architectural drawings—reflected ceiling plan, furniture layout, interior elevations, and any sections required for permits—all delivered in editable CAD format. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable tool, please note it in your proposal; DWG files are mandatory, and PDFs for quick review will help keep feedback swift.

Accuracy is crucial: correct wall thicknesses, door swings, service clearances in the kitchen, and precise lighting fixture placement will be my acceptance criteria. If you can layer in basic 3D views or renders to illustrate the modern material palette, that’s a bonus, but the core deliverable remains the construction-ready drawing set.
