I need a skilled web developer who can take my real-estate brand online with a site that feels as polished as any high-end property brochure. The finished product must be fully responsive, designed in a modern and sleek style, and ready to present both residential and commercial listings side-by-side without clutter.

Core expectations
• Listings: Intuitive catalogue and individual property pages that support high-resolution photos, video or virtual-tour embeds, pricing, key facts, and a map snippet.
• Lead capture: Prominent, easy-to-use contact forms on every listing as well as a general “Request information” form; submissions should arrive in our CRM-friendly inbox and trigger an autoresponder so no lead goes cold.
• Content control: A simple back-office interface where my team can add, edit, or archive properties, change copy and images, and feature new listings without touching code.
• Brand trust: Crisp typography, plenty of white space, and consistent colour usage so the site instantly signals professionalism to buyers, sellers, and tenants.
• Performance & SEO: Fast loading, schema-ready markup for property data, and clean URLs so we appear prominently in search results.

Acceptance criteria
1. The site adapts flawlessly from mobile to desktop with no horizontal scroll or layout breaks.
2. All contact forms validate, send, and log enquiries reliably.
3. Adding a new listing through the admin takes no more than five minutes end-to-end.
4. Lighthouse mobile performance score of 90+ on launch.

Please include in your proposal the tech stack you prefer, any similar projects you have shipped, and an estimated timeframe from kick-off to go-live. I am ready to start as soon as I find the right partner.
