Modern Responsive Local Service Website

I’m setting up a new local service business and need a full-featured website that feels clean, modern, and lightning-fast on every screen size. Visitors must be able to find our list of services and the areas we cover immediately, then reach us through a simple contact form or a one-tap WhatsApp button.

The build should include:

• Home, About Us, Services, and Contact pages laid out with intuitive navigation
• Fully responsive design—desktop, tablet, and mobile must all look pixel-perfect
• Contact form routed to our email plus WhatsApp chat integration
• Basic on-page SEO, image compression, and speed optimisation so pages load quickly
• An admin area that’s straightforward for us to update text, photos, and service listings without touching code
• Clean, well-commented structure for future scalability
• Thorough testing and bug fixing before hand-over

I’m flexible on the platform—WordPress (Elementor/Gutenberg), Webflow, or a custom HTML/CSS/JS stack are all fine as long as the final site meets the criteria above and can be managed easily by a non-developer.

Please outline your approach, preferred tools, and a rough timeline so we can get started.
