Modern Resort Retail Store Design

I am opening a new retail space inside a resort and need a complete architectural concept with photorealistic 3-D visuals that capture a modern, minimalist look. The layout must flow naturally from the entrance and display area through to the checkout, fitting room, storage/backroom, and finally the exit.

Key elements to integrate are:
• An eye-catching front signage concept that reads clearly from the main resort walkway.
• Built-in LED displays for video—one large feature wall inside and a slimmer ribbon outside above the façade.
• A clean merchandising zone that keeps sightlines open while encouraging discovery.
• Subtle use of warm wood with sleek glass accents to soften the minimalist style without losing the contemporary edge.

I need both interior and exterior perspectives so management can sign off quickly. Please base your work on any standard CAD platform you prefer (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and supply high-resolution renders suitable for print and digital presentation.

Deliverables
1. Scaled floor plan with all functional zones clearly labeled.
2. 3–5 photorealistic renders covering entrance, main display, cashier, fitting room, and exterior façade.
3. A concise material/finishes board highlighting wood species, glass treatments, lighting, and hardware.

Final files should include the editable source model, PDFs, and JPEG/PNG renders. Two rounds of minor revisions are expected so we can fine-tune product placement and signage copy.
