I’m preparing to launch sales for a new residential development and need a crisp brochure that captures attention at first glance. The overall look should stay Modern and Minimalistic—clean lines, generous white space, and a clear information hierarchy—yet energized with Bold and vibrant colors that feel fresh rather than flashy.

The heart of the piece is the story of place, so I want the location and neighborhood details to stand out visually. Think engaging copy blocks supported by high-quality area photos, a map or two, and smart iconography for quick facts on schools, transport links, cafés, parks, and key lifestyle advantages.

Final files should be ready for both high-resolution print (CMYK, 300 DPI, with bleed) and an interactive PDF for email campaigns. Source files in Adobe InDesign (preferred) or Illustrator are required so we can update pricing later.
