Modern Residential Kitchen Design

I’m updating the kitchen in my home and want a fresh, modern look that balances clean lines with everyday practicality. I need a designer who can take the existing measurements, listen to a few functional requirements (ample hidden storage, good task lighting, and space for integrated appliances), and translate them into a cohesive concept.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
• Mood board and colour/material palette that capture a distinctly modern vibe
• Scaled floor plan and cabinetry layout showing traffic flow and storage zones
• 3-D visualisations or high-quality renderings so I can fully picture the final space
• A concise specification sheet listing finishes, fixtures, and appliance placement

If you normally work in SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or a similar tool, please mention it when you respond—file formats compatible with those platforms are ideal for me.
