Modern Residential Architecture Design and master plan rendering

I’m moving ahead with a new build and need a skilled architect to turn my brief into a fully realised modern home. The focus is purely on residential design with a clean, contemporary look—think open-plan interiors, generous glazing, flat or low-pitched roofing, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Once we start, I’ll share the site survey, zoning data, and a room-by-room wishlist; you’ll translate those into workable drawings and visuals that a local engineer and builder can pick up without re-drafting.

Deliverables
• Concept sketches and mood boards to lock in the overall direction
• Schematic floor plans, elevations, and roof plan (PDF + DWG)
• 3D massing model compatible with SketchUp or Revit
• Two photorealistic exterior renders showing daylight and dusk settings
• A concise specification sheet covering materials, façade treatments, and key fixtures

Acceptance criteria
• Plans respect provided setbacks and daylight requirements
• All files open error-free in AutoCAD/Revit and are layer-organised
• Renders reflect specified materials and colours
• Up to two revision cycles included

Preferred tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion (or comparable) as long as final files arrive in DWG and IFC/SKP formats.
