I need a fresh, modern-style 3D elevation plan for a single-story residential building that is already laid out in 2D civil drawings. Your job is to take those drawings and transform them into a clean, visually appealing exterior model that shows accurate heights, materials, and facade treatments from all sides.

Please work in whichever mainstream 3D software you are comfortable with—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar—as long as the final output includes:

• A fully textured 3D model (source file)
• High-resolution rendered views of every façade
• A set of elevation sheets in PDF or DWG that match standard architectural presentation
