I’m commissioning a complete concept package for a reinforced-concrete pavilion that will function as an inviting outdoor seating and gathering space. The vision is modern and minimalist: clean, slender lines, a floating roof slab over a rational column grid, and seamless flow to the surrounding landscape.

What I need from you
• Concept sketches that define footprint, column spacing, circulation and informal seating arrangements.
• At least two photorealistic 3D renderings—daytime and night—to communicate ambience, materiality and proportion.
• Dimensioned plan, section and elevation drawings with an indicative structural layout that a local engineer can develop further (full reinforcement schedules not required at this stage).
• A concise material palette with notes on concrete finish, drainage strategy and discreet lighting integration.
• Editable source files (DWG, Revit or SketchUp) plus easy-view PDF sheets.

Design cues & constraints
The pavilion should comfortably host casual gatherings of around 20 people on a flat 12 × 10 m area while preserving open sight-lines. Subtle integrations—recessed lighting, shallow cantilevers, possible built-in benches—are welcome as long as the minimalist aesthetic remains intact.

Process & timeline
I’ll supply the site survey, photos and zoning setbacks right after kickoff. Please present the first concept within one week; one revision round is included. Final deliverables are due two weeks from project start. I’ll release 40 % of the fee upon acceptance of the concept visuals and the remainder when I receive the full drawing set and source models.
