Modern Recreational Gym & Pool Plans

I have a hand-drawn sketch for a combined gym floor and swimming-pool zone whose main purpose is recreational use, and I need it translated into accurate, scaled drawings. The look I want is unmistakably modern—clean lines, contemporary finishes, and an open feel that lets the pool and workout areas flow together.

Here is what I expect from you:

• A fully dimensioned 2D floor plan that mirrors my sketch, shows walls, doors, glazing and the pool outline, and clearly indicates furniture arrangement for the lounge, locker, and relaxation areas.

• A coordinated 3D model that visualises the same space, rendered with appropriate materials so I can review sight-lines and circulation.

All files should be delivered in PDF plus the original editable format (DWG, RVT, or SKP work equally well for me). Use of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar professional software is essential, and layers must be tidy and logically named.

The drawings must read at 1:100 scale on A1 when printed, with a north arrow, graphic scale, and key room labels included. I will provide the sketch and any extra dimensions the moment we start; you return a first draft for quick review, refine once, then submit the final set.

If you can suggest improvements—perhaps alternative furniture placement or optional equipment zones—feel free to include those as notes; I’m open to ideas as long as the core recreational brief and modern aesthetic stay intact.
