I’m opening a gourmet fast food restaurant in Delhi and need a complete interior concept that marries a clean, modern layout with a warm, rustic soul. Think natural textures, uncluttered lines and an instantly welcoming atmosphere—modern and simplistic yet undeniably cozy.
Scope of work
• Initial mood board capturing the rustic direction paired with contemporary touches.
• Functional space plan showing seating flow, service counter placement and circulation.
• 3D renders (day and night) that communicate materiality, colour palette and lighting moods.
• Detailed material and furniture schedule specifying finishes, fixtures and any custom pieces.
• Lighting plan that supports warm ambient tones without compromising task lighting at the bar and tables.
• Final construction drawings ready for my local contractor.
Key design cues I want to see
• Honest timber surfaces or alternatives that read as natural wood.
• Subtle vintage accents only where they enrich the story—no heavy ornamentation.
• Warm, layered lighting that makes evening service feel intimate.
Acceptance criteria
The concept should be build-ready, reflect Delhi’s climate considerations (ventilation, heat control) and stay true to the modern-rustic brief. Renders must match the approved floor plan, and all selections must be locally sourceable or have listed alternatives.
Deliver the full package in editable CAD (or SketchUp/Revit) plus high-resolution PDFs and JPEGs. If you have café projects in your portfolio that demonstrate a similar vibe, sharing those visuals will help me quickly move to the design phase.
