Modern Portfolio Front-End Build

I need a front-end developer to code a clean, modern portfolio site that includes a Home, About and Projects section. I already have a strong preference for a modern aesthetic, so smooth typography, bold spacing, subtle motion and a polished mobile-first layout will be important.

You’ll take the design from Figma (or propose one if that speeds things up) and turn it into a responsive build using the stack you’re most comfortable with—plain HTML/CSS/JS is fine, but React, Vue or similar frameworks are equally welcome if they help keep components organised.

Key deliverables
• Pixel-perfect Home, About and Projects pages, fully responsive
• Reusable, well-commented code so I can add new projects later
• Lightweight animations that enhance rather than distract
• Final files deployed to GitHub (or a platform we agree on) for easy hand-off
