I already have council-approved drawings in DWG format and want them translated into clean, modern-style presentation material. First, I need precise 2D floor plans and matching isometric views generated directly from the CAD files. Line weights, annotations and any colour coding should echo a contemporary, sales-ready aesthetic so the material can move straight into marketing without further touch-ups.

Once the drawings are done, the same look and feel carries into a coffee-table magazine that introduces the development. The publication must weave together the finished floor plans, the architect’s vision and narrative, a concise “about the project” section, plus highlights of surrounding amenities, all laid out in an eye-catching, easy-to-skim format. Expect to handle image curation, typography and export to press-ready PDF.

AutoCAD (or compatible) for the graphics and InDesign/Illustrator for the magazine are ideal, but I’m open to equivalent tools as long as the final files are fully editable.

When you apply, show me past work that proves you can deliver both polished architectural drawings and stylish publication design. I’ll shortlist quickly and share the DWGs so we can lock in timelines and milestones.
