Modern Office Workspace Design

I’m refreshing a commercial office and need a creative architect / interior designer who can re-imagine the open workspaces so they feel spacious, functional, and visually cohesive with the rest of the floor. The brief is focused on the open-plan zones only; private offices and meeting rooms are already complete, so your attention can stay on layout flow, workstation clustering, circulation, and the overall look & feel of the shared area.

Here’s what I’d like to walk away with:
• A space plan that fits our existing walls, columns, and core services while optimising desk count and movement paths.
• Mood boards and a material / finishes palette that balance durability with a contemporary tech-office vibe.
• 2–3 key perspective visuals or renders to help leadership sign off on the concept.
• A basic furniture & lighting schedule listing models or specifications I can source locally.
• Final CAD or Revit files plus high-resolution PDFs ready for my fit-out contractor.

I will supply the current measured drawings and brand guidelines as soon as we start. Please outline your workflow, any software you prefer (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, etc.), and an estimated timeline to reach concept approval and final documentation.
