I need a complete 2D and 3D interior concept for an office-style retail space. The brief covers every key zone—main customer or work area, reception and waiting lounge, plus the meeting and staff rooms—so the design has to read as one seamless environment. The look I’m after is clean, modern and unmistakably professional, with furniture, finishes and lighting that feel current rather than trendy.

What I expect from you:

• Scaled 2D floor plans that show clear circulation, furniture layout and any partitioning.
• Photo-realistic 3D visualisations or walkthroughs that let my client experience the space before we build.

If you work in AutoCAD for the plans and move into SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar for the renders, that’s perfect; just deliver the final files in editable format alongside high-resolution images. Hand-off isn’t complete until the drawings align with local building standards and the renders accurately reflect specified materials and lighting.
