I have a new residential project that needs a cohesive, modern interior scheme across several spaces—living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, a common toilet and a small prayer room. The layout is settled, so what I now require are polished 3D visuals to help me (and my contractor) lock in finishes and lighting, plus fully detailed 2D working drawings we can build from.
Style direction is strictly Modern: clean lines, smart storage, neutral-to-warm palette with the occasional accent, and lighting that complements daily use rather than display-only scenarios. Every room you design has to make day-to-day living easier, comfortable and visually seamless from one area to the next.
I expect:
• Photo-realistic 3D renders for each listed space, showing furniture, fixtures, lighting and material choices
• 2D working drawings—plans, elevations and key sections—ready for site execution, provided in editable AutoCAD (or compatible) format alongside PDFs
• A brief material and furniture schedule so sourcing stays simple and transparent
Use whichever combination of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD or similar tools you prefer; just make sure the final files open cleanly and dimensions are accurate. I’ll share existing floor plans and measurement details once we start, and I’m available for quick feedback rounds so we reach sign-off without delays.
