Modern Mobile Proxy Sales Platform

I need a React-based website that mirrors the overall flow and content structure of https://proxy-seller.com/, yet feels fresh, modern and sleek on every screen size. The two pieces of core functionality I must have from day one are:

• Proxy plan management – an interface where I can create, edit and publish residential / datacenter proxy packages, set pricing tiers, display real-time stock and push updates to the front-end instantly.
• Payment gateway integration – visitors must be able to check out seamlessly with cards (Stripe is my current preference), and the order details should be sent back to my provisioning system through a clean API callback.

Everything should be fully responsive, touch-friendly and fast, with React.js as the front-end foundation. I’m open to whichever back-end or CMS you feel pairs best, as long as it keeps the codebase tidy and makes future feature additions—such as a more detailed user-account area—straightforward.

Deliverables I expect:

3. Admin URL with secure login for plan management.
4. Fully tested payment flow in both sandbox and live modes.
