Modern Mixed-Use Building Visualization

I have an early-stage concept for a multi-level, modern mixed-use building and need a 3D specialist who can turn rough sketches and conversations into a polished set of visuals. The brief covers both exterior massing and interior layout, with special attention on two key zones: A level with private offices , severla level of private rooms for tenants and visitors , a rooftop restaurant bar and a first level with gym , laundery and spa (we are open for proposals).

We are discussing a very eco friendly design for a subtropical country , with modern simplist interiors but confortble to make our tenant feel at home .

We are still firmly in the ideation phase, so I’m counting on several design loops—your ability to iterate quickly in tools such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar will be critical. Each round should refine form, façade treatments, materials, lighting, and circulation until we settle on a solution that feels right architecturally and commercially.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• A fully editable 3D model (native file + exchange formats) of the building, inside and out
• High-resolution still renders that capture daytime and nighttime ambience
• A short, smooth fly-through video (MP4) showcasing the exterior approach, lobby sequence, office floors, and recreational areas
• Source files for all textures, lighting setups, and cameras so future tweaks remain seamless

I’ll provide mood references, site constraints, and functional requirements up front. From you I need transparent progress updates, quick turnaround on revisions, and final assets ready for presentation to investors.
