Modern Minimalist Event Poster

I’m looking for a designer who can transform my event details into a striking, modern-minimalist poster that grabs attention from the general public. I already have the copy, logo, and a few reference photos; what I need is your creative eye to lay everything out cleanly, balance white space, and make the headline pop.

Scope
• Create one A3 (or equivalent) poster in a modern, minimalist style
• Provide two initial layout concepts so I can choose the direction
• Refine the chosen concept with up to two revision rounds
• Supply final files as print-ready PDF (300 dpi, CMYK) plus the editable source file (AI, PSD, or InDesign)

Key considerations
• Clear hierarchy: date, location, and call-to-action must be instantly readable
• Font choices should feel fresh yet highly legible from a distance
• Keep the palette tight—no more than three colors, bold contrasts welcome
• If stock imagery is used, it must be royalty-free and licensed for commercial use

Tools
I’m comfortable with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign formats, so feel free to work in whichever you prefer as long as the final artwork is crisp and scalable.

Timeline
Please deliver the first concepts within three days of award; final files within a week, barring extensive feedback changes.
