Modern Minimalist Ensuite Makeover

I am in the middle of planning a new build and want the master ensuite and adjoining dressing room to become the signature space of the house. The look I’m after is clean-lined, modern and minimalist, with a calm, neutral palette that still feels high-end.

Key features that must be worked seamlessly into the layout:
• a generous walk-in shower that feels spa-like
• a sculptural freestanding bathtub as a focal point
• abundant, well-organised storage in the dressing area and vanity
• a discreet toilet nook or fully separate WC

What I need from you: a fresh floor-plan configuration, annotated dimensions, and at least two perspective renders showing finishes, lighting and storage solutions. If you prefer SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or any other mainstream tool, that’s fine—just supply the native file plus PDFs/JPEGs suitable for builders and interior trades. A concise materials board with tile, joinery, tapware and colour swatches in neutral tones will round out the package.

Acceptance criteria
1. Circulation remains uncluttered and true to a minimalist aesthetic.
2. All four must-have elements above are present at full, usable scale.
3. Fixtures and cabinetry align with the neutral palette and modern lines shown in the renders.
