Modern Majlis Facade Design

I already have the full floor plan of Ladies Public Majlis; what I now need is a striking, truly modern exterior concept that will set the tone for the entire project. Your task is to translate the existing architectural drawings into a façade that feels fresh, elegant, and unmistakably contemporary while still respecting the cultural significance of a Majlis.

You will receive the CAD files and reference photographs of nearby buildings so you can gauge context and scale. I am open on colours and materials, so feel free to explore glass, concrete, metal or any thoughtful combination that helps the design read as cohesive and refined. Proposals should include daylight and night-time perspectives so I can see how the façade performs under different lighting conditions.

Deliverables will be:
• Two or more high-resolution 3D façade concepts (JPG/PNG and editable source file in Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max)
• Annotated front elevation with key material call-outs
• A brief material and lighting rationale explaining how your choices reinforce the modern aesthetic

Acceptance criteria: the final concept must align with the existing structural grid, meet local setback requirements, and be ready for hand-off to my structural engineer without re-work.
