Tools you’re comfortable with—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar—are welcome as long as the final files are clear and ready for hand-off.

Acceptance criteria
The design must blend seamlessly from room to room, showcase a clearly modern identity, and convey a luxurious feel through both materials and layout. All deliverables should be provided in editable format plus PDFs for easy sharing with suppliers.
