Modern Logo Refresh for Mojo Hub

I run Mojo Hub and would like to replace our dated logo with something modern and simple while still acknowledging what already works. I’ll provide the current artwork as a reference so you can see the colours, shapes, and general feel we’ve used up to now; feel free to suggest subtle tweaks or a clean break as long as the final mark stays minimalist and fresh.

Please share a quick outline of your creative process and a couple of recent logo examples that show you can strip an idea down to its essentials without losing personality.
